Quick and Easy Quiche Recipe

You Need

All the ham in my case 1 ½ cups / 200 grams
7 eggs
½ cup of cream
1 cup swiss cheese grated
parsley
1 tablespoon of garlic, I use fermented one, in a jar its easier to digest
1 tablespoon salt
dash of chili
Store bought tart crust dough

Beat the eggs well, add the cream, then salt, garlic, chili and parsley. Cut the ham to your preferred size.
Butter and flower a tart dish and line it with the dough. Then sprinkle all the ham evenly and pour the egg mix over it.
Finish with a good amount of cheese, one can never go wrong with lots.
Bake in the oven for 30 min.

By the time the table is set, the son has showered, the next post is written and you will be serving:
