All those amazing days, warm and sunny, light weighed and bright. It is already September but kind of feels like June and so I hope you will fall in love with this nutritious happy meal for breakfast nothing better than icecream on a hot summer day and certainly a treat as a breakfast bowl. The toppings make these bowls so energetic and for a long lasting healthy alternative to wheat and other cerials.
200g frozen berries such as bluebery, raspberry, blackberry
100 ml coconut water
2 tbsp. almond butter
2 handfull of spinach
a few ice cubes
Everything goes into a high speed blender and can be poured into a bowl. Serve with the following toppings
Chia seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, almond slivers
